On his arrival in Australia, he undertook studies in the accounting field and is now a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants. Steve has nearly 20 years experience in Australia in the accounting industry with more than 13 of those as a co-director and co-shareholder of a CPA, public accounting practise.
Frank Genovesi: Deduct Your Home’s Founder and the creator of the strategies, systems and methods which comprise the intellectual property. Having since sold the business to Steve’s company, Frank now provides expert consultancy to Deduct Your Home and its clients. Separately a licensed financial planner, he is an Authorised Representative of an Australian Financial Services Licensee and has 12 years experience running his own financial planning practice from which he assisted several hundreds of clients to grow and protect their wealth. He also originated mortgage loan finance for his client’s investment needs as well as buying and selling a range of properties for both himself and his various businesses as likewise for clients as both a WA licensed real estate agent’s selling rep and at other times as a WA licensed property buyers agent’s rep. Over the years he also dealt at senior levels with many Australian and global corporates, the Federal Treasurer, The Treasury in Canberra, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Tax Practitioners Board, the Australian Taxation Office, the Federal Commissioner of Taxation, various beaurocracies and red tape, lawyers, the law, tribunals and the courts, all of which has been immensely beneficial in forming the cutting edge business that is Deduct Your Home.
